  My wife and I really like this place. We have been going there for years. New owners /management team offer good service. We enjoy playing pool there. Wish they sold pitchers. Although they play great music on the jukebox wish they had live bands often inside. Love the location and Ocean View.

  No frills dive bar on the beach that charges more than your typical dive bar because they're on the beach, I suppose. The outdoor bar does overlook the beach, so it's a good place to people watch along the busy Hollywood broadwalk.
  
  This place seems to change hands quite a bit so you never know quite what to expect when you go there. There may be live music, or not, and the kitchen may or may not be open. I wouldn't eat here anyway. There's plenty of other better places on this stretch of beach to get a bite. But they do have a jukebox and pool tables and dartboards and the like.
  
  It never seems to get too crowded here and consists mostly of local miscreants and in season, tourists who happen to wander in due to it's central location. It can be a little seedy, but I wouldn't call it dangerous.
  
  This place is quintessential old-school Hollywood beach. Funky and a little trashy. But fun.
